Program in Supervisory Management (SM)

The two course Program in Supervisory Management is designed to help employees become capable supervisors by developing the necessary knowledge and skills. The program covers the basics of a supervisor’s role in the organization, and it gives special emphasis to critical skills such as communication, work management, fair employment, and performance appraisal.

Anyone who supervises technical or clerical insurance work in organizations of any size can benefit from the practical suggestions given in the program. SM is an excellent resource for small to medium-sized agencies, brokerages, and companies. Students who pass both national exams, which are available on request, earn a Certificate of Completion.
