DESIGNATIONS
This section lists the insurance professional designations available, profiles them, and shows how and where you can fulfill the requirements to obtain the designation itself.

Associate in Loss Control Management (ALCM)

This five-course program concentrates on in-depth analysis of fundamental principles in controlling accidental losses to people and property, application of this analysis to developing integrated insurance and loss controls mutually advantageous to insured and insurers, and effective presentation and implementation of those controls. The ALCM program is recommended for those conducting or managing insurers� loss control activities; those responsible for advising clients in the development and implementation of loss controls in connection with insurance agency, brokerage, or consulting activities; and persons responsible for controlling the accidental losses of their own firms. Completers earn the ALCM designation.
