The three-course AIM program is designed for middle and upper management people as well as those who are about to move into middle management positions. It concentrates on management principles, human behavior in organizations, decision-making processes, managerial problems that get in the way of achieving organization goals, and effective leadership in a variety of organizational roes. Insurance-related cases enable students to develop or enhance management problem-solving and decision-making skills. Completers earn the AIM designation.
