Lois Van Horn

A 25-year insurance industry veteran, Lois Van Horn has earned a national reputation as a keynote speaker, seminar leader, and consultant. In 1988, she leveraged her experience as an agency principal to found Image Innovations, Inc., which offers expertise in image building, communications skills, Total Quality Management (TQM), and ethics.

Van Horn has trained thousands of insurance professionals in such key areas as agency-company relations, automation, communications skills, customer service, marketing and account development, public relations, and agency work flow. She led a special session, "People Power: Helping People Be the Best That They Can Be," at the IMMS International Convention in New Orleans. Van Horn makes use of her academic credentials (bachelors and masters degrees in education) as a Continuing Education instructor for the Independent Insurance Agents of Georgia.

Under her leadership, the Athens Insurance Center (Athens, GA) won the coveted Rough Notes Marketing Agency of the Year award. She has also been honored as the Athens/Clarke County Business Person of the Year.
