Larry Morrison
Larry Morrison is president of Business Transition Network, Inc., a consulting firm
specializing in the tax and financial issues involved in valuation and ownership transitions of
closely held businesses. In addition to extensive experience with agencies, Larry has done
M&A work at the megacorp level with Chevron and SOHIO. His hands-on management
experience includes starting a division for SOHIO, running a small company, and turning
around a medium-sized company.
